Return Policy
3.1 How does the return process work?
You can return your order via DPD by following the steps below:
- Send an email including your order number and the items you want to return.
- You will receive a return label and return form from us by email.
- Fill in the return form as completely as possible and place it inside the package you wish to return.
- Write the order number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Drop the parcel at a DPD post office, which you can find via their locator. No shipping costs will be charged.
- Receive a shipping receipt and keep it safe.
3.2 When can I return an item?
What items can I return?
You can return an item within 14 days if all of the following conditions are met:
- The seal has not been broken and the packaging is unopened.
- The best-before date has not expired.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have passed their expiration date.
- Products that have been opened or had their seal broken.
3.3 When do I receive my refund?
Once your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification as soon as your return has been handled. After processing, the refund will usually appear in your bank account within 1 to 3 working days.
