Chocolate Chip Collagen Protein Balls

These chocolate chip collagen protein balls are a simple, no bake snack you can make in minutes. They fit easily into a busy day and are ideal before or after you move. With oats, nut butter and Isopure Unflavoured Collagen, you get a snack that feels balanced and supports your routine.

Instructions  

  1. Add the oats, salt and Isopure Unflavoured Collagen to a mixing bowl and stir. 

  1. Add the honey and nut butter. Mix until the ingredients start to form a dough. 

  1. Fold in the chocolate chips. 

  1. Slowly add the milk, one splash at a time, until the mixture sticks and holds its shape. You may not need all of it. 

  1. Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands. 

  1. Place on a tray and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set 

Tip  

If the mixture feels too dry, add a touch more milk. If it feels too sticky, add a little more oats. 

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days. You can also freeze them for easy batch prep.
