Instructions

Add the oats, salt and Isopure Unflavoured Collagen to a mixing bowl and stir.

Add the honey and nut butter. Mix until the ingredients start to form a dough.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Slowly add the milk, one splash at a time, until the mixture sticks and holds its shape. You may not need all of it.

Roll the mixture into small balls with your hands.

Place on a tray and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set
Tip
If the mixture feels too dry, add a touch more milk. If it feels too sticky, add a little more oats.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days. You can also freeze them for easy batch prep.
