This homemade protein granola is the perfect way to start your day. Packed with oats, nuts, and Isopure Whey Protein Isolate, it's ideal for topping yoghurt or a high protein breakfast bowl. It’s also batch-friendly, making it perfect for meal prep.

Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan 130°C) / 300°F / Gas Mark 2.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, flaxseed, Isopure Whey Protein Isolate powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Warm the coconut oil and nut butter in a small saucepan or microwave until melted, then pour over the dry ingredients. Mix until fully coated.

Spread the mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden brown and crisp.

Let the granola cool completely - it will crisp up as it cools.

Serve with yoghurt and fruit, or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
