Easy Protein Granola with Vanilla Whey (High Protein Breakfast Recipe)

This homemade protein granola is the perfect way to start your day. Packed with oats, nuts, and Isopure Whey Protein Isolate, it's ideal for topping yoghurt or a high protein breakfast bowl. It’s also batch-friendly, making it perfect for meal prep.

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan 130°C) / 300°F / Gas Mark 2. 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, flaxseed, Isopure Whey Protein Isolate powder, cinnamon, and salt. 

  1. Warm the coconut oil and nut butter in a small saucepan or microwave until melted, then pour over the dry ingredients. Mix until fully coated. 

  1. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray. 

  1. Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden brown and crisp. 

  1. Let the granola cool completely - it will crisp up as it cools. 

  1. Serve with yoghurt and fruit, or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
