These protein-packed chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy, and incredibly tasty -without using any flour. Made with creamy peanut butter, vanilla whey protein isolate, and dark chocolate chips, this quick baking recipe is perfect for a high-protein snack, dessert or post-workout sweet fix.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) / 350°F / Gas Mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add Isopure Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate, bicarbonate of soda, and salt. Mix into a thick dough.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop heaped tablespoons onto the tray, flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden at the edges.
