Protein Pancakes with Banana & Oats (Easy & Healthy Recipe)

These protein pancakes are light, fluffy, and ready in under 15 minutes - a quick, healthy breakfast for busy mornings or slower starts. Made with oats, banana, eggs, and a scoop of Isopure Whey Protein Isolate, they’re a simple way to hit your protein goals without compromising on taste.

Instructions 

  1. Mash & Mix 
    In a mixing bowl, mash the banana. Whisk in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

  2. Add Dry Ingredients
    Stir in protein powder, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to form a batter. For a smoother texture, blend all ingredients briefly.

  3. Heat the Pan
    Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or spray.

  4. Cook the Pancakes
    Pour 60ml (about ¼ cup) of batter per pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until golden.

  5. Serve Warm
    Stack and top with Greek yoghurt, nut butter, berries, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
