Mash & Mix
In a mixing bowl, mash the banana. Whisk in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in protein powder, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to form a batter. For a smoother texture, blend all ingredients briefly.

Heat the Pan
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or spray.

Pour 60ml (about ¼ cup) of batter per pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes more until golden.
